Super Claims Assist helps Australians get money from their superannuation insurance when they can no longer work. Unfortunately most of their clients were unaware they were eligible for this insurance money. Using a combination of social media ads, organic SEO, YouTube videos and paid Google ads, they educate and help people claim their entitlements.

Content Strategy for Super Claims Assist
At site launch in 2020, we deployed a 5 page responsive website. By 2025, this had grown to over 160 pages and blog posts. The content strategy and content calendar were built in close collaboration with SCA’s new claims support team and developed over a 5 year period.
Organic SEO
Given that most of their ideal clients were not searching for this insurance by name, we developed a strategy to identify topics they were searching for and built content to explain their eligibility and the claim process. Through continuous targeted refinement, backed by analytics, we played a major role in new inquiry volume. Due to extensive reporting, we could show that organic inquiries were significantly more likely to lead to a successful client outcome than Facebook or Google Ads. Paid ads were able to help considerably with volume and with adjustments over time, acquisition costs became very reasonable for all types of leads.
Web Design
Most Super Claims Assist clients rely on mobile phones as their only/primary internet device. Per Google Analytics, 90% of site traffic is mobile. For this reason, we prioritized simple graphics, high contrast page elements and rapid page loading when planning the design.
Website Development
The site requirements were a good candidate for WordPress. We also integrated with their Hubspot CRM system that they use to track client communications with. Reporting data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics was visualized in reports created with Looker Studio.
Graphic Design
As well as managing the design of the website, we developed infographics and sourced photos to use to support the content.

YouTube
SCA use video to support their ads on Facebook and Google. These same ads are posted on YouTube along with testimonials and explainer videos.
YouTube links are a valuable part of their workflows including on-boarding new clients and asking clients for referrals.
We helped SCA with their YouTube account by:
- Setting up their YouTube account,
- Creating channel graphics
- Crafting video descriptions that included specific keywords and links back to the website
- Creating manual closed caption text to make sure that the wording was accurate and flowed nicely for users that watch videos on mute or are hard of hearing
