Evergreen Client Overview
Evergreen Dolphins Summer Swim Team is a non-profit based in Severna Park, Maryland. Each summer the coaches and volunteers ensure that young people have a fun-filled season with the goal of building life-long swimmers. Evergreen uses the SwimTopia platform to manage and run the team. We helped the team redesign their website, color scheme and created print assets.

Web Design
The site had good content created by the volunteers. During the season though, most parents need to read the site content from their phones. We implemented CSS based User Experience (UX) upgrades to dramatically improve readability and navigability.
Graphic Design
To support Evergreen, we created web graphics for each site section, created Call-To-Action (CTA) graphics and created digital flyers to use on social media ahead of the season.
Print Design
To welcome new and returning swimmers to the 2025 season, the board wanted to send each swimmer a postcard. We suggested that putting the season meet calendar on the front to give a reason to put it on the fridge/family noticeboard.
Each postcard was hand addressed and shared a message from the coaches. They serve as a reminder to each swimmer of the how excited the team is for them to enjoy a great summer of swimming.
Organic SEO
By using semantic HTML markup and structured content, we were able to strongly position the site to rank well for people in the area looking for a summer swim team for their children.
